Shipping Policy - the basics

We ship with Fed Ex Next day priority. All reptiles are guaranteed to arrive healthy and to be exactly what your paying for. We will coordinate the best time and date for shipping so you are ready to receive your new pet. If the reptile you choose is currently in shed, we will hold off the shipping until that particular reptile sheds. We only ship Monday through Wednesday so next day is guaranteed. We take into accountability the weather when we plan to ship an animal. If weather conditions in your area are not right, we will monitor it until we can ship your pet.

If packaging is damaged upon arrival, please noify us immediatly with pictures and any information you can provide. If animal arrives dead or hurt or missing, please contact us and we will work with you.
