Refund Policy - the basics

All purchases on animals are final

We do not provide refunds on any products but do offer store credit.

If you can no longer provide a stable home for the animal, please notify us by email and we discuss it and we will work on getting the animal picked and shipped at your expense. Refund of only 25% will be provided on case by case basis.
